Our Story

A Name Rooted in Family

LACE Foodservice was inspired by Angela, an exceptional and beloved woman whose sense of family helped shape the foundation of the company. The name LACE reflects the family behind the business.

Today, the “A” is represented by Angela’s grandson, Luis Andrew Fernandez, continuing the family legacy into its third generation.

Angela’s values of family, service, dedication, and trust continue to guide the way LACE works with clients, partners, and project teams.

Our Growth

From Home Office to Full-Service Showroom

LACE began in 1982 from a family home office. Since then, the company has grown into a full-service commercial foodservice firm with a state-of-the-art showroom, offices, and warehouse.

While the company has evolved, the foundation remains the same: responsive service, long-term relationships, and a commitment to helping clients complete demanding foodservice projects with quality and care.
